
Responsibilities
- Generate sales qualified leads through cold calls and emails
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
- Set up demos for sales managers
- Attend networking events to generate leads
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Requirements
- 2-5 years of business development experience or B2B sales in IT, Insurance or HR sector
- Excellent written, verbal communication, negotiation and client-facing skills
- The ability to communicate with clients, including cold leads
- Experience with CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- A proven track record in strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
