Responsibilities

  • Generate sales qualified leads through cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
  • Set up demos for sales managers
  • Attend networking events to generate leads
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of business development experience or B2B sales in IT, Insurance or HR sector
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, negotiation and client-facing skills
  • The ability to communicate with clients, including cold leads
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • A proven track record in strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
