Every Malaysian employer is responsible for preparing the Statement of Remuneration from Employment (Form EA) which should be distributed to each of their employees by 28 February 2021. Besides that, employers are required to prepare the Return Form of Employer (Form E) which is due to be submitted to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB)/ LHDN by 31 March 2021.
