What is a benefits management system?
A benefits management system allows you to keep track of and manage all company and employee benefits in one place. Swingvy’s benefit management system sits within the cloud-based HRMS platform which employees and administrators have round the clock access to. This means medical insurance information and cover details are available on-demand and from anywhere.
How does Swingvy Benefits work?
Swingvy Benefits allows you to manage employee medical insurance benefits in one platform. You can purchase, manage and renew medical insurance in your HRMS system. In just a few clicks you’ll get insurance recommendations based on your company size and can choose the medical coverage that suits your budget and needs. You can select and customise medical coverage levels for different groups of employees.

Onboarding and offboarding are simplified as employee information and data will be directly synced with the medical insurer to have the employees added or removed from medical insurance coverage plans as soon as they join or leave the company.
Which insurance partners does Swingvy work with?
In Singapore, Swingvy currently partners with Aviva insurance for medical insurance benefits coverage.

Swingvy also allows the transfer in of existing medical insurance policies from other insurance providers for Swingvy customers. This allows you to manage your current cover from within the same platform you use for HR administration and payroll.
