You’ll be working closely with an amazing team of engineers, designer, marketer and sales to expand the Swingvy platform to existing & new customers.


Responsibilities

  • • Work directly with business owners in analysing their HR, Payroll and Employee Benefit
  • requirements, and show them how Swingvy can meet their unique needs and concerns
  • • Become a product expert, able to walk business owners through the full Swingvy experience and show them how it will simplify their lives
  • • Drive revenue by navigating the customer buying process, engaging key stakeholders, and ultimately closing the deal
  • • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities 
  • • Build sales pipeline using social selling, and cold calling methodologies
  • • Build and establish business partnerships with various companies, associations, chambers, HR experts, accountant agencies, insurance agents and any other bodies and entities which could bring common interest and sales opportunities
  • • Support marketing and customer success functions

Requirements

  • • 3-7 years of business development experience or B2B sales in IT, Insurance or HR sector
  • • Excellent written, verbal communication, negotiation and client-facing skills
  • • The ability to close deals with clients, including cold leads
  • • Experience with CRM software
  • • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • • A proven track record in strong presentation skills
  • • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment

Nice to haves

  • • Business Development experience in HRTech, InsureTech or FinTech
  • • Knowledge of HR, payroll, and employee benefits
  • • Experience with B2B SaaS businesses and products
  • • Prior experience in a hyper-growth start-up environment
